Abdelrahman was really helpful and knowledgeable, carefully analyzing several models to assist me understand, and worked hard to meet my budget. The team was awesome too. Although there was some feature confusion between what I was told and what I received, should have confirmed it in writing. I'm pleased with my CX-5; it runs smoothly, however the speed limit on the road is periodically out of date or incorrectly displayed. CarPlay periodically bounces back to the dashboard from the app or suddenly disconnects. Overall experience is positive.
