This past Monday, I set out to visit three dealerships in Barrhaven — a large Toyota dealer, a mid-sized VW showroom, and the smaller Mazda Dilawri store. I test drove four vehicles: a Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, Lexus RX 350, and a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, all pre-owned, ranging from 3 to 10 years old. Everyone I met was professional and clearly trained in the art of selling cars — but one place stood out: Mazda Dilawri. From the moment I walked into this small dealership, I was greeted with a big, genuine smile. That may seem like a small detail to some, but for me, it meant a lot. It immediately set a different tone — relaxed, open, and honest. And honesty is something that’s hard to come by in the car industry. But I can confidently say: if you’re looking for good service with no BS, Dan Feldman and his team are the real deal. They took the time to listen — really listen — to my needs. You can’t teach that.
