Saw the ad for a used mazda 3 hatchback on the website last Monday. Abbas reached out to me the same day. Arranged to see the car last Friday. I went out of curiosity with no intentions except to just view the car. Love at first site. Test driving just made me love the car more. I told Abbas i wanted it (No Cap). Now, I've owned and financed two cars previously, and both times the process was a hassle. But this was the smoothest process I've ever done. Almost felt too good to be true. But it was true in all sincerity. Abbas was very transparent, courteous, and professional. When I started asking questions, he gave me a straight answer and assurances that all was well. When it came time to apply for the financing (another hassle), Saman, the finance manager, showed me my options and was also transparent, courteous, and professional. The whole process was too smooth that I just drove the car home today in less than a week of seeing it. All of us have various financial circumstances that affect our plan on getting a vehicle.
