We recently purchased a new ‘25 CX5 Signature trim from Barrhaven Mazda (Ottawa) and were pleased overall with the process. Sales agent Brandon Anderson was helpful first in showing us the various CX5 trim levels and options to confirm our choice. As we were specific as to the colour which was not in stock at the time, Brandon assured us that we were next on the list in the coming shipment of cars. We were pleased that the car arrived as specified at the dealer about the time which was predicted. Due to logistical issues, however, the license plates were not available for the pre-arranged pickup time, so Brandon, on his day off, personally went to the DMV to get the plates. However, we were not informed of the delay so we had to wait unattended and without explanation until the plates were finally obtained and installed. this would appear to be a mis-communication somewhere in their customer care system, hence the 4/5 star rating. So far, we have had no further dealings with the dealership, but would not hesitate recommending considering Barrhaven Mazda as an otherwise reasonable car dealership.

It wasn’t just Bogdan and Dan — the entire Mazda Barrhaven team, including the business manager and all the staff, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can feel the positive, customer-focused atmosphere the moment you step in. Despite having many other personal things to manage at the time, this car-buying process never felt like a burden. Everything was smooth and clearly communicated — I only had to visit the showroom once to see the car, and once to pick it up. Big applause to Bogdan and the entire Barrhaven team — they truly made my first car purchase feel easy, exciting, and completely stress-free. 👏👏 This is a perfect example of how a sales team should be — respectful, helpful, and genuinely focused on the customer experience.

I bought a car here and dealt with a nice and professional salesman named Brandon who helped me get a great deal
