I needed to trade my car in, it really had reached the point that I had to change things up for work reason alongside that my vehicle had gotten old. Walked in close to closing and met Wasfi, who showed me what was available and gave me an honest perspective on what my trade in would be like and the options available. He booked me a meeting the next day with their sales associate Brandon who helped me find a vehicle that suited my needs and that I really enjoyed driving. Brandon walked me through step by step and gave me good insights into the car I was interested in. While there had a good chat with the manager Dan as they looked into my financing options. Sam from finance found me a great deal and I walked away with a vehicle I am happy with. The people at this location are great, and very real. I’ve had bad experiences with car sales before, but I couldn’t be happier with this experience. Would highly recommend coming in and taking a look at what they’ve got and talk honestly and openly with them. They really do try their best for their customers. When I called him about an issue with my vehicle around 1 PM, he was able to squeeze me in and help my family in a big way by fixing my CX-5 right away before closing.
