I had an amazing experience with Alexandra at Barrhaven Mazda! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all my options and guide me through every step of the process. She made test-driving so easy and stress-free, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend Alexandra to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.😊

I have been driving my new CX5 for a week now and absolutely love it! Thank you Alex and Bogdan for all of your help and expertise!

Went in to take a look at the Mazda 3 Sport Gt and the staff went above and beyond with their service. They stayed almost 2 hours after closing to accomadate the purchase because of the long drive to get there. The attention to details of just the little things is beyond belief. Jawad our sales guy took the experience of a new car purchase to a whole new level, he really enjoys the work and dealing with customers. Hussein the finance person walked us through every step with great detail and made sure we understood everything. They are by far the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not just a sale, they are there for the customer. I never once felt like I was being pressured into a purchase and we are beyond happy. Thank you for this old Veteran.

A special thank you to Alexandra for helping me throughout the purchase. She was friendly, patient, and professional, and answered all my questions clearly without making me feel pressured. I’m very happy with my new CX-5 and really appreciate the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Alexandra and Barrhaven Mazda to anyone looking for a new Mazda.
