We had a fantastic experience here purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone from the general sales manager Dan, our sales rep Brandon to the finance manager Sam made sure that the whole process from start to finish was, relaxed, informative and efficient. No over-the-top sales pressure, no attempts to rush us into making a decision, no shady gimmicks, etc.. Every time we asked questions about features, how the finances worked, how the warranty works, we would always get a clear and transparent explanation. We walked in with our eyes on a vehicle that on paper looked like it was a fair bit outside of our budget, but this team made it happen and we're very happy with both the vehicle and the whole experience.

I needed to trade my car in, it really had reached the point that I had to change things up for work reasons alongside that my vehicle had gotten old. Walked in close to closing and met Wasfi, who showed me what was available and gave me an honest perspective on what my trade in would be like and the options I had. He booked me a meeting the next day with their sales associate Brandon who helped me find a vehicle that suited my needs and that I really enjoyed driving. Brandon walked me through step by step and gave me good insights into the car I was interested in. While there had a good chat with the manager Dan as they looked into my financing options. Sam from finance found me a great deal and I walked away with a vehicle I am happy with. The people at this location are great, and very real. I’ve had bad experiences with car sales before, but I couldn’t be happier with this experience. When I called him about an issue with my vehicle around 1 PM, he was able to squeeze me in and help my family in a big way by fixing my CX-5 right away before closing. I bought my Mazda last year as a first time buyer. I was treated so kindly despite being a young woman who knew nothing about cars (the cliche to take advantage of) multiple of the staff helped me and explained how everything was going to work on top of answering any and all questions I had with zero judgement. We laughed and joked through the process and I am so happy with my car. On top of that the service department goes above and beyond. While purchasing my winter tires the service department called me to go over everything and make sure I understood what I was getting and the pricing before hand, I found that so helpful! The kindest service workers always smiling when I come in.

What a wonderful experience it was looking for a new vehicle here! Abbas and Bogdan were both so helpful. Abbas was so patience walking us through the different vehicles. He accompanied us on our test drive and showed us the features in real time! The best part of the experience was really that it felt like everyone cared. Abbas was genuinely trying to help us find something that worked for our family and not just forcing us into something we didn’t want just to get a sale. Bogdan was patient and answered all of our questions…and we had a lot. If I had to do it all over again I would do it here!
