My husband and I couldn't be more excited to get our new 2025 Mazda CX-5! Bogdan was a great salesman to work with. He was knowledgeable about the inventory and trim levels, and a very friendly guy. He helped us to lock in a deal we are happy with, and a car that meets our needs. Plus, 0% financing and pick up within the week - what other dealership has an offer like that today? We had a great experience with Adam and Jorge at Barrhaven Mazda. Adam took the time to address our specific requests and showed a lot of patience while we made our decision. He walked us through different models and trims, and we even took a couple out for test drives. Jorge handled the financial side smoothly, answering all our questions clearly and respectfully. We really appreciated how the team accommodated our tight schedule, and in the end, the car was delivered earlier than expected. The delivery of the vehicle was also excellent—Adam demonstrated almost all of the car’s features, helped us set up the app, and guided us through the registration process. Thank you for the outstanding service, and keep up the great work!

We had an incredible experience at the Barrhaven Mazda dealership. Abbas went above and beyond to accommodate us despite us arriving closer to closing. He was professional, welcoming and made us feel valued. While we ended up buying a car from the Toronto area, Abbas’ kindness made us feel confident that choosing Mazda was the right decision. We have also heard nothing but good things about Mazda customer service, and Abbas is your guy if you want amazing care.

“I recently purchased a vehicle from Barrhaven Mazda out of province, with everything handled by phone, text, and email. Adam was great to deal with—after a small miscommunication at the start, he was very responsive and timely. The main challenges weren’t with Adam directly. The car was shipped on a Tuesday, but the registration and license paperwork wasn’t sent until Friday, arriving the following Tuesday. Adam did send me a copy of the license, which allowed me to get the car inspected right away. However, I couldn’t complete the registration because of an ownership question. The purchase agreement listed the trade name ‘Barrhaven Motors,’ while the registration was under the company’s legal name. Since I was up against a deadline, I had to go to the Ontario business registry myself to confirm they were the same. Overall, I’m very happy with the vehicle and Adam’s service, but I’d recommend Barrhaven Mazda tighten up their paperwork process for out-of-province buyers.”

I reached out to Barrhaven Mazda to inquire about a 2016 Mazda CX3 GT for our teenage daughter. I dealt with Abbas. We live over an hour and a half from Ottawa and started the process by phone and text. Abbas was great to respond quickly and provide details about the vehicle. My husband and daughter made their way to see the vehicle today. Abbas was very nice, and he made our daughter feel comfortable about buying her first car. We had been looking for months and debated between a Honda and a Mazda. We are happy to say that my daughter found her first dream car ❤️ Thank you Abbas for your patience, professionalism and thoughtfulness, it was greatly appreciated.

It's a mixed experience of buying a vehicle here. The sales person Bogdan is amazing. You should go to him if you are going to buy a car from this dealer. He spent time to explain every single feature of the vehicle clearly. I have no words to say about other people I met there. You will get a good Japanese car for sure but don't expect Japanese level of service overall. There is a reason that 7 11 thrived in Japan and Failed in North America.

Henning Hoofman was excellent during the test drive—he patiently explained the vehicle’s features and technologies, making sure I felt confident and informed. Daniel Feldman helped me explore all available options and worked hard to offer the best deal in town. Jorge Salinas assisted with the MAP plan and provided thoughtful, unsolicited advice on how to maintain the vehicle long-term. Unfortunately I haven’t bought cx-30 but I should leave an appreciation here for Brandon. If you go there, find Brandon, he’ll ask the right questions and help you to find out which car would be the best for you. Suggestions for Mazda: I chose another brand cause they gave me 2 years lease option instead of 3 + it was less expensive (lower interest rate) + luxury package was not a must for just having a simple wireless airplay. Another major reason was rapidness of financial process. I needed a car asap and the other brand could be able to process my application in just 30mins - whereas it took 5-6 days for Mazda.

Buying a car can be stressful, but I would say Barrhaven Mazda made it the least stressfull, and were certainly the most 'up-front' about packaging. Henning is a wonderful, and patient salesmen willing to go over the options that work for you. A great seat by the manager for quick communication relay, and a dealership that wants to make a sale to a happy customer. Great coffee too!
